Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Team PicPros website and the purchase of any photography or media services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Team PicPros provides real estate photography, drone/aerial photography, 3D virtual tours, virtual staging, video production, floor plans, and related media services across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.

Service availability, pricing, and package inclusions are subject to change. Confirmed bookings are governed by the package and pricing in effect at the time of booking.

2. Bookings and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A booking is considered confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received and a shoot date and time have been agreed upon.

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking
  • We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website
  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.

Key terms:
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled shoot are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot are subject to a $100 flat cancellation fee
  • No-shows are treated as late cancellations and subject to the same $100 fee
  • Each booking includes one free reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice
  • Completed and delivered work is considered final, except where a genuine quality issue is raised within the review window specified in our Refund and Cancellation Policy

4. Property Access and Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible, prepared, and ready for photography at the agreed-upon shoot time.

This includes:

  • Ensuring the property is clean, staged, and ready before the photographer arrives
  • Providing accurate address and access instructions at the time of booking
  • Being available (or having an authorized representative available) for the duration of the shoot

Team PicPros is not responsible for delays or quality issues resulting from a property that is not ready at the scheduled shoot time.

5. Deliverables and Turnaround

Edited photo galleries and other deliverables are typically provided within 24 to 48 hours of the completed shoot. Rush delivery options may be available on request and may be subject to additional fees.

Deliverables are provided in formats optimized for MLS, social media, and print. Specific format requests should be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use all delivered photos and media for marketing the listed property.

This includes MLS listings, social media, print materials, and listing presentations.

Team PicPros retains the copyright to all images and media produced. We reserve the right to use delivered work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.

Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties without prior written consent from Team PicPros.

7. Drone and Aerial Services

All drone operations are conducted by FAA-licensed pilots in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Drone services are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and property access. In cases where drone services cannot be performed due to regulatory or weather-related restrictions, we will notify the client promptly and arrange an alternative date or issue a partial refund for the affected service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Team PicPros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, access issues at the property, or technical failures.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
