It depends on the size of the property. Under 1,500 sq ft, you receive 30 to 35 fully edited images. Under 3,000 sq ft, 40 to 50. Above 3,000 sq ft, 50 or more. Every image is HDR-processed, colour-corrected, perspective-corrected, and delivered pre-sized for MLS.
A standard shoot covers HDR interior and exterior photography of the whole property, professionally edited and delivered within 24 hours. Photo counts run from 30 to 35 images under 1,500 sq ft up to 50 or more above 3,000 sq ft. Higher packages add a floor plan, a 3D virtual tour, drone aerials, video, and

Team PicPros retains copyright on all media we produce. The booking agent receives a licence to use the images for that listing, and after it closes you may continue to use them in your own marketing, including sold posts, your portfolio, and social media. Homeowners, other agents, and any third party need to come to us before using the media, and a fee may apply. In many locations, yes, but not everywhere. Parts of New York City sit inside controlled airspace, particularly around JFK, and aerial work there is restricted. Send us the property address when you schedule and we will check the airspace and tell you before the booking is confirmed whether aerials are possible. If they are not, we remove the aerial component and adjust the price rather than charging for something we cannot deliver. Most Long Island properties are clear to fly.
Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, a flat $50 fee applies. Weather is the exception — if conditions are poor, rescheduling is free at any notice. To make a change, call (646) 883-9193 or contact your scheduler by email or text.
We will usually recommend rescheduling. Rain affects exteriors, drone work, and twilight images, and a listing is better served by waiting a day than by publishing weak exterior shots. Tell us and we will fix it. Brightness adjustments, colour correction, straightening verticals, and minor object removal are all done free of charge. Larger work, such as digitally clearing a room of furniture, is billed as virtual staging. If a room was missed or the error was ours, we return and reshoot at no cost. Requests are handled free for 30 days after delivery.
